Soluciones para una Casa adosada
Como es habitual en muchas comunidades de casas adosadas, el acceso a los jardines privados es através de la casa. Ésto supone que los jardineros para poder mantener el jardín privado necesitan la llave de la casa y tienen que pasar toda la maquinaria y los desechos vegetales por la misma provocando en muchas ocasiones suciedad y arañazos en los suelos y paredes. A ésto se suma la inseguridad puesto que los jardineros no siempre son los mismos, en ocasiones no vienen las veces necesarias o no se dan cuenta cuando cuando algo va mal con el riego. La solución ha sido muy sencilla: instalando hierba artificial. En este pequeño jardín, además los propietarios optaron por construir un borde de vigas de madera y otro de separadores de metal para separar bien el hierba artificial con las plantas naturales. Los tubos de riego y de luz se han trasladado hacia los laterales para evitar problemas si éstos se rompen en el futuro.
El modelo de césped utilizado en el jardín privado es el Atlantique De Luxe 2009.
