We have installed a lot of townhouses , whose gardens are on the other side of the entrance. To get to the garden, it is necessary to enter through the door of the house, pass through the living room and exit through the terrace.
A natural lawn, for 9 months a year, you have to cut weekly. Every time the gardener has to come through with machines, workclothes,ect. the house will get dirty.
We would install artificial grass meaning no mess 2 to 3 day job and we would remove all of the old watering system so you can place furniture for a chill out or a jaccuzi or anything you could want.
